Returns all role definitions with their permissions and assigned users. Requires RBAC:View permission.

Create transcription (PydanticAI - OpenAI Whisper) POST

Transcribes audio into text using OpenAI Whisper via PydanticAI.

Update user role PUT

Changes a user's role and invalidates their sessions. Requires RBAC:Update permission. Cannot change your own role or demote the last admin.
